Hi all i am from India and working as a social media internet assessor in Hindi language for lionbridge. My question is, is this really mandatory to put comments in needs met rating and SxS? my English is too weak and i don`t know how to write(describe) my ratings in comment section on each result block. Due to my poor writing capabilities i am finding this really hard. Kindly help me Do they will kick me out if i wont comment on result blocks or describe my opinion on comments section In my experience, commenting on specific results has not been required for those tasks unless the result is unusual are unique in some way. Keep in mind that specific tasks have differing comment requirements and my understanding is that all lionbridge jobs require at least a moderate understanding of English. I would closely examine your feedback and try to model your comments after those. The comments do not need to be very long, but you should be able to describe why a particular result is good or bad. If you have more general questions, feel free to reply to this thread. Otherwise, you can contact your quality controllers with specific questions about commenting. I hope you found this helpful and have a great day. Best, nateusa

I started with LB in mid-February and until now, have not gotten any sort of feedback. Is this normal? I worked with LB from early July 2015 until early March 2016 (when they emailed me and stated they were shutting down US market tasks for Ads Quality Rating). I received feedback within the first week of working after I had completed training and that was it. So - to answer your question I'd say "yes that's normal". I always looked it as "no news is good news".

Good to know there are other LB workers out there! Is anyone working in South Korea? I somehow manage to get 20 hours per week, but I always sleep at around 5 in the morning since the tasks are only available for a few hours during the night time. I miss last year when tasks were 24 hours available and we always got the permission to work up to 35 hours per week!

That explains why I keep getting rejected when I submit my application. Why are there postings for it then?

I was going to apply because I finally so the posting on the website for US raters... I tried to apply earlier in the year but they didn't even have the option to apply for US raters. But I checked this week and there is the option.

Hello. I started with LB about a little more than a month ago, and I never had any problems until about a week ago. I started to experience task shortage, then after a while a new task instruction shows up. When I click the button to go to the actual task, I get a pop up Alert saying there was an error. I cannot anything after pressing OK, so I press the Rating Home or reload the page, and try to acquire new task, but no more work. Does it happen to anyone else here, too? This keeps happening to me. I'm really worried. I have reported the problem but so far no proper response.

I started February of this year, and in all the times I've reported a problem, I have never received a response.

Since my time at ZC has come to an end, I'm thinking about giving LB another shot. I worked for them a short time in early 2015, but found the process incredibly frustrating. Maybe it's just me, but I felt that they were incredibly strict with their ratings evals. Oh, and their training process was hell on earth.
Crud...I think I just talked myself out of it.

I sometimes miscalculate my working hours and overwork the limit. Should I report the total time exceeding the weekly limit on Timesheet anyway and leave the company to decide, or just report tasks of up to the 20 hours limit? Thanks.

We're only allowed up to 20 hours/week, and hours you work beyond this will not be paid. There are instances though that LB sends an email notifying us that we can go beyond 20 hours, and this is the only time that you may exceed the 20-hour limit. I suggest you enter your time daily on the timesheet so as to avoid going beyond. Since I take mini-breaks per day, I just write times I work per day on a sheet of paper, then when I'm ready to call it a day, I add them up and enter on the Timesheet.

I recently applied for the Personalized Internet Assessor position with Lionbridge, and a few days later, I received an email inviting me to apply for the Mobile Search Review position. However, I'm kind of scared to apply for the Mobile Search Review position because I don't want to invalidate my Personalized Internet Assessor application. Does anyone know if my Personalized Internet Assessor app will be terminated if I apply for the Mobile Search Reviewer job?
Thanks

Thanks If they invited you to apply for a position I would suggest applying. They just hired many new Internet Assessors and there is currently not enough work to go around. The last three week there has been major task shortages. If they need mobile search reviews you would probley have a better chance to get hired.

Has any one else been put on review in the last month after getting relatively high scores?? After an 80% (my averages are like 89.7) they put me on review, which i passed (fails to meet coursework). and then just today with my 80% from January still my most recent score they put me on review again and suspended my access like last time. They gave no clear reason last time and this time either. The email they sent is not their typical "your on review this is your coarsework" email either its different... I hope this is like a rater wide thing or something because I need this work right now.

Just a cautionary tale/update. My review was a spot check for submitting a task too quickly, and I passed! make sure to use the full or at least most of the time! lol I thought for sure I was getting canned. fortunately I only missed one result in that task or I might have gotten the boot.
