Given the way G and ZC operate, we're probably going to keep seeing the same questions from new members again and again. Would it make sense for us to create stickies or a FAQ for these questions? If the newcomers didn't find them on their own, older members would be able to provide a link so they'd get more answers and faster.
Offhand, I'm thinking of things like:
Is anyone else getting this [error message]? Is anyone else getting NTA? Has anyone ever been renewed for more than two years? What are location based tasks?
I'm sure there are more.
If people think this would work, maybe veteran members could start topics, others could add information and the mods could make stickies. If the forum doesn't support that, we could put together a FAQ from the topics.
Thoughts?

I was actually just thinking about this.
Is anyone else getting repeats?
When will they tell me if they are going to renew my contract?
Why hasn't ZC sent me an email about___? Maybe they did. Check your social, promotions and spam folders.
Will I receive regular feedback and if so, how often?
Can I work for ZC and another rating company at the same time, and if so, in which positions?

I think that's a great idea!! I've seen stickies on other forums/message boards. Trying to recall what topics are frequently discussed...
Who to contact at ZC or G about _____ ? (It's confidential information but can direct where to look). Is it a W-2 employee or 1099 position? Questions about time sheet.
What else?

I really love the sticky idea, I can make a folder for it on the home page near the top. We can put frequently asked questions/links to old conversations in there, to avoid repetitive questions, and basically create a manual of sorts that will help others in the future. I can get this folder up tonight if you guys want? That way some of us "old" folks can add stuff and point repetitive questions that direction.

TY for the moderator status. Things are crazy for me right now, but as I get free time I'll see about contributing to the new folder.

I've just noticed the status change, wow! Thank you. Though I don't know what I can do, I'll try my best.

Me too, thanks. I hope we can come up with some good stickies or a good FAQ.

I see you all contribute greatly around here and it's much appreciated! No obligations other than to be the awesome people you are . Also, you have the power to moderate as you see fit if something isn't right. I appreciate the ideas very much and I'm going to open a FAQ/Stickies folder right now. No rush on adding but if there is a common theme or something you find worthy feel free to post it! Thanks again to you all, we are all blessed to have your insight and presence.

I'm going to be AFK for a while today and will check back and make any modifications later. Thanks!

I have a feeling it's going to get busy in here with all the new hires, so this will be a huge help in the long run.

I would like to suggest a folder about renewing contract or something related to it. Since a lot of people (yay!) are being renewed for a second/third year, perhaps a folder with tips like where to check in the ZC page for a possible contract to be signed, lost/regain of access, etc.

It doesn't seem like just one question and answer would cover it. Renewals aren't consistent and that's what we need to know. I think your idea of a thread just for this is great and would meet the need. I did a kind of summary post in the regular section. I'll repost that in the FAQ's/Stickies section, people can add to it and maybe mods who have privileges in the other section (I don't) can move appropriate posts there.

Thank you, It`s a great idea so people can have a specific folder for reference and to have ideas how to proceed about the renewing. I can`t contribute for now, since i still have a while to go before my first year ends, but I`ve seen a few experiences around, and if I get my contract renews I`ll be more than happy to contribute to the thread.

That although I do know which folders has some new posts in them. However, I'm still unsure how to get to the first unread post within a subject? Anyone got good advice? Thanks!
