Credit Technologies, Inc., a national credit reporting agency (credit bureau) specializing in mortgage credit has full time openings for customer service support staff. These positions require computer, hard-wired Internet, typing skills and the ability to multitask. Responsibilities include inbound and outbound phone-based customer service for our banking clients and consumer credit verifications. Prior experience in the mortgage or credit reporting industries and Spanish language skills a plus but not required.
Basic computer and internet knowledge required. Two years minimum customer service experience required.

Our office hours are M-F, 8AM to 8PM Eastern. 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. shift Monday through Friday during training period. Shift change may be requested upon release from training.
