Remote Medical Answering Service Operator, PFMI, is a remote medical call center focused on customer service.
Prospective agents must have a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, want to work and be available from 2:45pm (EST) -10:45pm (EST) Mon to Fridays - 4 hours. Weekends 6 hours, holidays are expected.
26 Hours a week Minimum
Call Center experience a plus!
Training to include some days 1045A-245P (EST) and Evening Hours 445P-1145P (EST)
Business speed internet bandwidth with a reliable hard-wired connection This is a fast-paced call center!
Quiet, private home office
Desktop or Laptop with Windows 10 required
Minimum 17-inch monitor and USB Headset
