- Comfortability, quietness, & safety of being in my own home - Flexibility
Hate
- No benefits - Never get a raise

I enjoy the flexible work hours, convenience (no rush hour traffic!), independence and having a great deal of accountability on your work output.
I don't like the lack of benefits and the usual allowances/perks you get from a corporate job.
There's always a trade off.

I have been working as Personalized Internet Ads Assessor for Lionbridge for more than 3 years now, and they never give any incentive or raise. In fact, every time they change something, most of the times these changes revolves around making our job more tedious and/or harder (normally by adding more complex and harder tasks, making you work harder for the same money).
I'm pretty sure that, eventually, they will even cut the pay. I don't expect this kind of job to get better at all; quite the contrary, considering how the unemployment rates are getting worse and worse around the entire planet.
