Hi All! I tried to do a search to see if anyone had posted about SimplrFlex and I didn't see a post, so hopefully this is helpful.
This is a contractor type of job doing customer service emails and sometimes chats from home. I've only been doing it for a few weeks now, but now that I see that they actually paid me for the tickets that I resolved, I wanted to share this.
You have to pass an initial test, then some test tickets, there's also a background check, but so far I like it.

Do you still work for them? Are they still hiring?

Two bits of info from the site:
Please note, SimplrFlex Experts must be 16 or older, citizens of an approved country and state/province (although, you can live in any country, list of approved countries is available in the initial application), and have access to a laptop or desktop computer (mobile devices are not compatible), the latest version of Google Chrome, a reliable internet connection, an email address, and a PayPal account to receive payouts. A background check may be required. Not all applicants will be accepted. We cannot currently accept citizens of the following US states: CA, IL, MA, NY, UT, VT, WA, WI; please check back in the future. SimplrFlex Experts are independent contractors.
and
Due to a surge in applicants, you may experienced extended processing and response times. We’ll continue to review and respond to applicants as quickly as possible, but some time frames will be longer than stated. We appreciate your interest and your patience! – Updated on 7/22/2019

Saw this the other day and completed an App. How much can one expect to make per chat OR hour? Any tips on completing responses quickly?

I'm still doing this and it's really dependent on how busy it is. The pay is $1.50 per resolved ticket which sounds really low but I've found that I can end up taking anywhere from 10-20 tickets an hour depending on how busy the platform is. Sometimes you have to escalate tickets and you don't get paid for those. You only get paid for tickets that end up getting answered and resolved.
They provide information in order to answer tickets but you need to make sure to take the time to read and understand what the customer needs or what their issue is.

Thanks, I hope I get it...
Are there certain times where work is more plentiful than others? So basically you only get paid for tickets you answer yourself without help? Are all (independently) answered tickets resolved? Can you pick & choose which tickets you want to resolve (and skip over others) in "real-time"? There is no limit of how many hours you work or # of tickets you can resolve in one day, right?

There is no limit of how many hours you work or # of tickets you can resolve in one day, right? I really can't say there is more work at certain times than others. I used to think mornings were busiest and evenings and nights slower, but it really varies. You can get help answering tickets if you can't find the answer. It's not about whether or not you ask for help, but if you can help the customer and the ticket remains resolved/closed for the required amount of time or until the customer does the satisfaction survey. Not all tickets can be resolved. Sometimes there are situations we are not able to handle and we have to escalate them.
You are not encouraged to pick and choose the tickets you want. Cherry picking tickets like this can result in being removed from the platform or can affect you receiving more tickets.
There is no limit to how long you work or how many tickets you take in a day.
I hope get it too!

Well, another of countless ones that don't hire those in California.
