I work solo from home, and find often in the mornings it's hard to get to my desk and get to work.
A friend and I tried simply calling each other (not to chat), to be on speaker, and work "together". This works amazingly well for both getting started and keeping focus! Simply by being on the phone together creates a connection and much easier to work we've found.
We've been using WhatsApp and text either the night ahead to see if we're available the next morning, or, sometimes at the last minute in the morning to see if we're available. This makes it really flexible, and we do this for as little as 15 minutes just to have an "appt" to get to our desks, and often stay on speaker phone for longer.
If any women would like to try this with me, I'd like to connect with others to keep the ball rolling - it helps SO much getting to work and staying focused, and it's fun!

I did that with my boyfriend once, it really helps when you are kindda lonely, it was strange because he hates voice chat and he was the one who called me over to Discord. I'm sorry English is not my native languade, I'm not that comfortable speaking. I hope you find some nice chat friends.
Just for clarity - the call on speaker phone, isn't to chat - its for each one of us to get to our projects or work. Being on speaker phone gives us a sense of connection. It works really well for beating procrastination:)
