Hey guys!
So, just wondering if there are any accountants or individuals who could give me some free advice.
I'm a long term freelancer, besides this past year I worked for ZC. I have some questions regarding self-employment tax and social security.
If you think you could help, comment here and I'll message you OR send me a direct message. PLEASE!

Where are you from? The law is different each Country. Here in Brazil you need to fill a software from the Government and pay some taxes depending on the amount you earn.

I'm in the United States. It's basically the same here. Have to pay taxes on what you earn, but most of my questions are regarding social security benefits, etc. Thanks for your reply, though!

No problem! I think you should see if you can find some tips from people from Adsense, here the rules are the same for Adsense.

Why do you pay taxes if you work on freelancing? It is very strange.

Why do you pay taxes if you work on freelancing? It is very strange. It is not. If you live in the US or an American living oversea, you still have to report your income even if you are a freelancer (and earn a certain amount).
