Yes I did apply to this job last week but did not get any response. I had applied for iSoftStone at the same time as ZeroChaos but by the time, they sent me training material, I was already employed with ZeroChaos. I told this to the project Manager at iSoftStone who said they did not have any problem if I work with ZeroChaos at the same time as both are different projects. As I had already started at ZeroChaos, I did not work with iSoftStone. So last week I got in touch with the Project Manager and he has again sent me the training material as the position is still open. Hoping to pass the test and start working again with iSoftStone. Does anyone work for iSoftStone? How is the pay rate? Are they also like ZeroChaos (constantly throwing out people)?
mooglemb.com/threads/googlecache/22.214.171.124/jobs/eng/test.html#qr_ads, it's just a different company but I don't think they are hiring right now. Could be worth keeping an eye out? I feel like your not the only one with this ZeroChaos experience, and I'm just wondering how many people actually make it to12 months or get a second contract? Thanks for sharing WFHFan!!
WFHFan, congrats on hearing from isoftstone! My brother works for them actually, if the position is a search engine evaluator the pay is $12 per hour. The thing is he never has task shortages so it all kind of evens out in the end. The maximum allotted time he can work is similar to ZeroChaos, 30 hours per week. It seems to be a really pleasant experience overall and they don't just cut people like ZeroChaos. If you aren't meeting standards as far as time and quality they will have you take a quality test to get some practice and then put you back in rating system. They will do this three times before they let you go... so really they give you a good amount of help and allow you to see your stats(speed/quality) whenever you want in their rating system, so you know how you are doing all the time. Congrats on hearing from them! Oh and by the way my brother is paid once a month via direct deposit. I hope this helps out! Overall, it is quite different .
