I took the simulation style phone rep test and think I did OK. Still waiting for results. The test took about an hour. I looked them up at Glassdoor and they have a very good reputation. About $17 an hour to start according to Glassdoor reviews. Full time with good benefits including dollar for dollar 401K match.
