Britt, did you ever hear back from them? I am considering taking the test but don't want to waste my time if they are flaky.
They are flaky! 3 wks after I passed the test & signed the forms, I received an email confirming I'd passed test and signed the forms! That was it.
You can check a thread for them at the workathomearena.com/forum/ under Job Leads. A couple of folks have gotten steady work there, others get work just off and on, mostly off. Am now very biased against Crawford. IMO they should only post the test when there is going to be work coming up soon. Feel I wasted 2.5 hrs taking test for nothing. Not motivated to work for them after that and reading Glassdoor reviews. Reviews say they reduce your pay if you make mistakes. Well, if someone is doing bad job, fire them, get it over with, let the person move on. Reducing pay is torture.
I worked for Crawford Media last year doing automotive (I passed the pop culture test but was told they had too many workers on that already, so was switched to automative despite telling them I had no knowledge of cars). It was fine, I got paid on time, was told I did well, but work suddenly dried up after a few weeks with zero explanation. What it was was writing titles and summaries for a ton of newly digitized training films for a certain major auto company. I assume that when all the films were done the project was ended.
I worked for them for a couple of months last year. I actually failed the quiz earlier in the summer but retook it again a month later and passed. I worked from July-December. I gave it up because the work week changed. Initially, we had from Monday-Sunday to complete work, then it abruptly shifted from Monday to Thursday. Since I work full-time that didn't work for me.

I worked for this company from January to July of 2016 & it was nice while it lasted. The work gets tedious, but hey, it's paid work from home. I did the pop culture category of work. On the other hand, a friend of mine did the automotive test at around the same time I did & he never, ever heard back from them despite sending them a few emails from time to time afterward to attempt to find out what happened. He was pretty sure he did well on the test too.
I don't recall how long it took from the time I took the test and when I got hired...actually the time frame was somewhere between taking the test around 12/23/15 & getting the email that I got hired on 1/8/16.

verikarobinson: Forgive me if I'm doing this wrong but this whole discussion thing is not user friendly. I'm a business owner. Am I allowed to talk about what I do to work from home?
Sept 9, 2019 4:11:26 GMT
Muldowney: Hi, verikarobinson. You may talk about what you do from home if it's a job, such as customer service or rating. If it's an opportunity, like MLM or Get Paid to Click, no, we don't allow "opportunities." That's why I deleted your post.
